MedXpert Retention Consultant 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Retaining products of the client across Optivest product range.
  • Ensure that you achieve the targets set out to you based on the relevant campaign or workload you are completing.
  • Adhere to all processes as per your training and coaching, as well as scripting where applicable, and legislative
  • Ensure that compliance standards are met.
  • Follow up on all scheduled call-backs and action timeously and as per required standards.
  • Adhere to all Quality Assurance Guidelines.
  • Attend and contribute positively in the team meetings.
  • Identify and bring forward risks to business.
  • Ensure that your attendance and time keeping is of the required standard.
  • Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures including the code of conduct.
  • Perform ad-hoc functions from time to time as required by the client

Education and Experience:

  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • DOFA record from FSCA (can be obtained if not previously registered)
  • RE5 Qualification required if DOFA registered (can be obtained while employed at Optivest if not previously registered with FSCA)
  • Inseta record with NQF L5 qualification relevant to financial services industry – Required if DOFA registered (can be obtained while employed at Optivest)
  • CMS accredited (can be obtained while employed at Optivest)
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of client service principles and practices
  • Experience in a call centre or client service environment
