  • Negotiating with the scheme regarding unpaid or incorrectly paid claims
  • Assistance with registration of chronic medication
  • Support with registration or de-registration of dependents
  • Assistance with managing the members’ full health cover portfolio (medical scheme, gap cover, loyalty programmes, health cards, etc.)
